Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of trail dust, hair, or debris.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your gear to confirm it meets our return standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
